  2. Spinach Lentil Soup Recipe
This soup is pure vegan and gluten-free. I mean 0℅ fat, cholesterol, low sodium and rich in carbs. Perfect for lunch and dinner and it's easy to make.

Ingredients: One large onion (diced), three bay leaves, 3, large carrots 14 0z can dice tomatoes 6 cups vegetable broth Two celery stalks (diced) 2 cups of green lentils, 2 cups of water, two handfuls of spinach (chopped) ½ spoon of salt and1 cooking spray ½ spoon of black pepper.

Directions : Place a large pot on the cooker and heat Spray the pot with cooking spray, add onions and garlic and stir until tender Add carrots, lentils, and celery and stir again for 8 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, bay leaves, pepper, vegetable broth, and water. Cook for 40 minutes. Add spinach, remove from cooker and allow to cool off for few minutes Serve warm and enjoy. 

   3. Broccoli Salad and Bacon and Cheddar Cheese (with raisins if you desire).

Ingredients: Salt and fresh black pepper 8 ounces of cheddar cheese(diced) ¼ cup dried cranberries, ½ chopped onions, 3 cups of mayonnaise, I head of broccoli Six cooked bacon (crumbled) ¼ cup sugar, 1 cup of raisins if you desire.

Directions: Rinse the broccoli, chopped the head into small pieces and dry on paper towels Bring a large bowl, pour the dry chopped broccoli into it Add the bacon, cranberries, sliced cheddar, onions and raisins Get a smaller bowl, mix the sugar, mayonnaise, and vinegar together for a perfect salad dressing.

   4. Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients includes: Coconut oil Maple syrup or honey ½ cup of canned pumpkin ½ cup of quinoa flour ¼ cup of greek yogurt ¼ spoon of baking soda ¼ spoon of salt, three eggs One spoon of pumpkin spice and milk 

Directions: Mix the pumpkin, baking soda, flour, milk, spice, and yogurt together Whip the eggs with the salt, pour the pumpkin mixture Heat up the coconut oil, then spoon in ½ cup for each pancake Placed Pancake on heat and flip when tops it's covered with bubbles and pancakes slightly brown ( 4 minutes for each side) Sprinkle with honey or maple syrup

   5. Mustard Glazed Salmon Steaks This is one of the most healthy meals out there, and just one bite of this baked salmon will tell you why it is. And oh! It's super easy to make.

Ingredients: ¼ cup of Dijon mustard, ¼ brown sugar 3-4 salmon

steaks Directions: Place your oven at 425°F and your salmon on a foil lined baking paper Get a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and mustard together Spread the mixture all over the salmon steaks and bake for 15 minutes tops. Enjoy!
